Closes things are Nova the prostitute at Megaton, which you just lay in bed with. Yeah, I was somewhat disappointed there wasn't any really romance with the opposite sex. In fallout 2 you can even become a pornstar? Did someone ever find romance or get laid in Fallout 3? In both fallout 1 and fallout 2 you have plenty of options with the opisite sex.
